6 AI tools that pull data from websites into your workflow

6 AI tools that pull data from websites: no-code scrapers, scraper marketplaces, automations that move the rows and assistants that check them. Pricing at the end. Browse AI: turns a web page into a table you can export, monitor and send to your other apps, without code.

Updated Oct 23, 2026 · By Mishal Brands Editorial

Competitor prices, new listings, leads and research live on web pages. These six tools each take one step: collect it, clean it, move it and check it.

  1. 01

Browse AI → Turns one web page into a table, with no code.

In Table Studio, give it the page that already shows your data (the pricing page, not the homepage), review the columns it proposes, then save the robot and turn on a monitor.

Free to start: Free plan with 50 credits every month and no credit card. (checked Oct 23, 2026)

  2. 02

Apify → Runs ready-made scrapers (Actors) for sites like Google Maps or Instagram.

Check the pricing section on the Actor page first, run it once with a small limit, and export from the Output tab before you schedule it.

Free to start: Free plan with $5 of platform usage every month and no credit card. (checked Oct 23, 2026)

  3. 03

Make → Moves the collected rows into your sheet, CRM or Slack.

Start with one scenario: new rows in, one destination out. Run it with one test record before you switch it on.

Free to start: Free plan, 1,000 credits a month. (checked Oct 13, 2026)

  4. 04

n8n → Runs the same pipeline on a schedule, with an AI step if you need one.

Use a Schedule Trigger, pull the latest dataset, and add an AI step only for the part that needs judgment, like sorting leads by type.

Free to start: Free trial on Cloud plans; no free Cloud plan is listed. (checked Oct 16, 2026)

  5. 05

Claude → Cleans and summarizes a messy export.

Paste a sample of the rows and ask it to normalize names, dates and prices into one format, and to list every row it could not parse.

Free to start: Free plan. (checked Oct 15, 2026)

  6. 06

Perplexity → Checks a finding against cited sources before you act on it.

Ask about the change you spotted (a price move, a new product) and open the cited sources yourself before you repeat it.

Free to start: Free plan. (checked Oct 13, 2026)

How do you get started with each tool?

Browse AI

  1. Create a free Browse AI account (no card needed). From your dashboard, click Build New Robot.
  2. Enter the Origin URL: the page that already shows the data you want (for a competitor's prices, the pricing page itself, not the homepage). Click Start Training Robot, then choose Table Studio under AI Training.
  3. Let the AI read the page. It proposes columns and lists and fills sample rows; Browse AI says this can take 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Review the table: delete columns you don't need, or click Add column, describe the field in plain language and click Preview. If there is a list, set how many items to extract. Nothing is saved until you click Save Robot, which runs the first extraction.
  5. Export the results, turn on a monitor so the robot checks the page on a schedule and alerts you to changes, or send the data to Google Sheets, Airtable, Zapier or Make. If the page needs clicks, typing or a password login first, build the robot in Robot Studio instead.

Apify

  1. Sign up for a free Apify account (no credit card) and sign in to Apify Console.
  2. Open Apify Store, search or browse by category and choose an Actor. Apify's own tutorial uses Website Content Crawler. Check the pricing section on the Actor's page first: it says whether you pay per event or per usage.
  3. On the Actor's Input tab, set what it should collect (start URLs, search terms, limits). Website Content Crawler runs without extra input. Click Start.
  4. While it runs, open the Log and Storage tabs to watch progress, and use the API button to see the endpoints for this Actor.
  5. When it finishes, open the Output tab and click Export to download the results in the format you need. To repeat it, save the input as a task and schedule it, or start the Actor from your own code with the Run Actor API endpoint or Apify's JavaScript and Python clients.

Make

  1. Create a free Make account.
  2. Start a scenario with your blog’s RSS feed or CMS as the trigger.
  3. Add a module for each social account, and map the title and link.
  4. Run the scenario once and check each post.
  5. Schedule it. The free plan’s minimum interval is 15 minutes; paid plans go down to 1 minute.
