Gorgias pricing: plans, tickets, and AI Agent

Gorgias charges by tickets per month, not by agent seats. AI Agent is added on top and billed by automated interactions.

Quick answer

Gorgias prices by ticket volume. Helpdesk alone is $10, $60, $360, or $900 a month for 50, 300, 2,000, or 5,000 tickets. Adding AI Agent raises those to $40, $90, $550, and $1,430 a month. Annual billing lowers Basic, Pro, and Advanced. Starter is monthly only.

Gorgias is a customer support platform built for ecommerce. Its FAQ describes two products: Helpdesk, a support inbox that brings customer channels together, and AI Agent, which answers questions and automates actions such as returns and order tracking. Every figure below is from Gorgias’ pricing page on October 8, 2026. Prices can change. If a number here disagrees with the live page, use the live page.

Helpdesk plans

The pricing page says Helpdesk “scales from 50 to 5,000 tickets a month, never priced per agent.” These are the Helpdesk-only prices, with the AI Agent toggle off.

Plan Tickets included Billed monthly Billed annually User seats
Starter 50/month $10/month Monthly billing only 3
Basic 300/month $60/month $50/month ($600/year) 500
Pro 2,000/month $360/month $300/month ($3,600/year) 500
Advanced 5,000/month $900/month $750/month ($9,000/year) 500

Teams above 5,000 conversations a month are directed to a custom plan through sales. The page lists SSO (SAML), audit logs, a custom DPA or MSA, and a dedicated CSM for that plan, with no public price.

Prices with AI Agent added

The page says AI Agent is on every plan and that you “pay only when it resolves a conversation.” With the AI Agent toggle on, each plan includes a number of automated interactions, and the price is the Helpdesk price plus an AI Agent amount.

Plan Automated interactions included Billed monthly Billed annually
Starter 30/month $40/month ($10 Helpdesk + $30 AI Agent) Monthly billing only
Basic 30/month $90/month ($60 + $30) $77/month ($924/year)
Pro 190/month $550/month ($360 + $190) $471/month ($5,652/year)
Advanced 530/month $1,430/month ($900 + $530) $1,227/month ($14,724/year)

Overages, support, and onboarding

The plan comparison table on the same page lists what you pay past the included volume, and what support comes with each plan.

Plan Extra tickets Each automated interaction Support and onboarding
Starter $0.40 per ticket $1.00 Community support, self-serve onboarding
Basic $40 per 100 tickets $0.90 Standard support, self-serve onboarding
Pro $36 per 100 tickets $0.90 Specialist support, 1:1 onboarding
Advanced $36 per 100 tickets $0.85 Dedicated support, white-glove onboarding

Voice and SMS are separate add-ons. The page says their pricing scales with call and text volume, but it does not list those prices on the main pricing page.

How to pick a plan

Start from the number of tickets you handle in a normal month, then compare the overage cost against the next plan up. A worked example with the published numbers: a store with 500 tickets a month on Basic pays $60 plus 200 extra tickets at $40 per 100, which is $140 a month. Pro at $360 a month only makes sense once volume, support level, or features justify the jump.

Starter is the cheapest way in, but it is monthly only, has 3 user seats, and charges $0.40 for each ticket past 50. Basic, Pro, and Advanced each list 500 user seats, so team size is not the meter on those plans. If you turn on AI Agent, budget for the per-interaction price once the included interactions run out.

The plan cards for Starter, Basic, and Pro offer a free trial. The Basic and Pro cards say no credit card is required. Advanced goes through sales.
