- Sign up at fyxer.com with Google or Microsoft and connect your inbox. Fyxer sorts your 300 most recent emails into labeled categories within seconds. On Outlook, if you see an “admin approval required” error, ask your IT admin to approve Fyxer in Microsoft 365 first so you don't use up trial time.
- Turn on conversation view in Gmail or Outlook. Fyxer needs threads grouped to write accurate drafts, and drafts don't appear without it.
- Choose what stays in your inbox: Dashboard → Settings → Categories, use the toggles to keep only To respond (or To do) in the inbox and send the rest to folders, then select Update preferences. Changes apply to new emails only.
- Edit your voice: Dashboard → Settings → Drafts → General → Writing style. Fyxer writes these instructions from your recent sent emails; add lines like “I'm concise and direct.” and your role and company. Under Drafts → Files, upload FAQs or price sheets so drafts use real details.
- Each morning, open To respond, read the waiting draft, make light edits and send it yourself. Fyxer learns from light edits more than from full rewrites, and it never sends on its own. Connect your calendar under Settings → Integrations if you also want Notetaker in your meetings.

What is Fyxer?
Fyxer connects to a Gmail or Outlook inbox and calendar. On paid plans it labels incoming email into categories such as To respond, FYI and Marketing, lets you choose which categories stay in the inbox and which move to folders, and writes a draft reply for emails that need a response, using the thread, your past emails, meeting notes and files you upload. No. Fyxer's pricing FAQ says it drafts replies in your inbox and you decide what gets sent. Its MCP tool for ChatGPT and Claude also only writes drafts.
Does Fyxer use my emails to train AI?
Fyxer's Learning Hub says it trains its own private models to improve drafting, sorting and transcription after replacing names and email addresses with codes, never lets other AI providers train general models on your data, and lets you or an admin opt out under Settings → Account. On Enterprise it does not use your content to train models that serve other customers.
Which email apps does Fyxer work with?
