What are the limits of the Goflow free plan?
Core is the same platform with five limits: channels, users, orders, listings created in Goflow, and accounting. The comparison below is from Goflow’s pricing page.

Goflow’s Core landing page says “All Goflow features” and “No feature limits.” Its pricing comparison, however, lists the API and App Store as not included in Core. This page follows the pricing comparison.
Is Goflow Core a free trial?
No. Goflow calls Core “a forever-free plan with no credit card required,” and its Core page says “No trial. Free forever.” Goflow does not list a time-limited trial of its paid plans.
What happens if you go over 500 orders?
New orders stop importing until the first of the next month, or until you upgrade. Goflow says the orders “are not lost, but they will be paused until your account has capacity.”
The listing limit only applies to new listings created with Goflow’s tools. Existing listings from your channels sync without a limit.
When does upgrading make sense?
Upgrade when you regularly pass 500 orders, need a channel outside the five, or need more than 3 users, the API, or the App Store. The first paid plan is $499 a month for up to 750 seller-fulfilled orders.
Orders the channel ships itself, such as Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS, count as half an order on paid plans. Core is an entry plan: once you subscribe, you cannot move back to it. Paid plans are month-to-month, with no setup fees. The full price ladder is on the Goflow review.
