Goflow Review: Multichannel Order and Inventory Management for Marketplace Sellers
Goflow is operations software for brands that sell on several marketplaces and stores at once. It pulls orders, inventory, listings, purchasing, and shipping into one system, and it prices by monthly order volume rather than by seat.

Quick answer
Goflow fits sellers running several channels, such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify, who need one place for orders, stock, listings, and shipping. There is a free Core plan for up to 500 orders a month on five channels. Paid plans include the full platform with unlimited stores, users, and listings, start at $499 a month for up to 750 orders, and are month-to-month. Above 100,000 orders a month, pricing goes through sales.

What Goflow does
Goflow’s homepage describes a single platform to “manage orders, inventory, warehouses, stores, and product catalogs and listings,” connected to more than 250 channels. The pricing FAQ lists the modules every paid plan includes:
- Inventory management, order management, and shipping and fulfillment
- Listings and catalog, warehouses, and warehouse management
- Purchasing, sourcing management, and inventory forecasting
- Returns, analytics and reporting, the Goflow API, and the App Store
- EDI, which the FAQ marks as “Scale + only” without defining that tier on the page
Key features
Orders
The order management page describes automated order capture, processing, and routing across channels, with workflows for adding new stores and channels.
Inventory and forecasting
The inventory management page describes real-time stock levels across warehouses, automatic tracking of inventory transactions, and transfers between warehouses. The forecasting page describes purchasing suggestions built from sales data and your own inputs, which can be turned into purchase orders.
Listings and catalog
The listings page says you can create and publish listings from Goflow to many marketplaces, that existing listings are imported automatically, and that inventory quantities on each store are updated from your allocation rules, including warehouse and vendor stock.
Shipping
The shipping and logistics page describes pick lists with product images and bin locations, scan-to-pack, bulk shipping with preset or per-order carriers, and weights and dimensions filled in from the catalog.
Purchasing and receiving
The purchasing page describes creating purchase orders in Goflow or by file upload, receiving any part of a PO at any warehouse, buying components for kits, FIFO cost tracking, and emailing PO PDFs to vendors from inside the system.
Integrations Goflow lists
The integrations page lists these, among others:
- Marketplaces: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, TikTok, Etsy, Target Plus, Temu, SHEIN, Mercado Libre, Best Buy US, Newegg, Macy’s, Faire, and more

Pricing, as Goflow states it
Goflow publishes its prices. The pricing page says every paid subscription “includes the complete Goflow platform, with unlimited stores, users, and listings,” and sets the price by how many orders you handle in a typical month. The table below shows the monthly price its calculator returns for each level of seller-fulfilled orders, and the overage rates it lists for orders above that level.
| Seller-fulfilled orders included | Price | Extra seller-fulfilled order | Extra channel-fulfilled order | Extra wholesale order |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 750 | $499/month | 70¢ per order | 35¢ per order | $8 per order |
| Up to 2,500 | $789/month | 50¢ per order | 25¢ per order | $8 per order |
| Up to 5,000 | $1,149/month | 30¢ per order | 15¢ per order | $6 per order |
| Up to 10,000 | $1,449/month | 25¢ per order | 12.5¢ per order | $6 per order |
| Up to 25,000 | $2,249/month | 20¢ per order | 10¢ per order | $5 per order |
| Up to 50,000 | $2,999/month | 12¢ per order | 6¢ per order | $3.50 per order |
| Up to 100,000 | $4,599/month | 10¢ per order | 5¢ per order | $3 per order |
| More than 100,000 | Custom (“Let’s talk”) | Through sales | Through sales | Through sales |
Goflow Core, the free plan, imports up to 500 orders a month. Above that, new orders wait until the next month or until you upgrade.
Channel-fulfilled orders (Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok FBT, and similar) count as half an order. Wholesale orders from integrated wholesale channels, including EDI, are counted separately. Goflow says some plans include wholesale orders, and that wholesale orders you enter or upload by hand count as regular retail orders. In the calculator, adding wholesale volume switches to plans that keep the same price but split the allowance:
| Price | Retail orders included | Wholesale orders included |
|---|---|---|
| $1,149/month | 2,000 | 100 |
| $1,449/month | 5,000 | 200 |
| $2,249/month | 10,000 | 400 |
| $2,999/month | 20,000 | 700 |
| $4,599/month | 35,000 | 1,500 |
Goflow Enterprise is quoted by sales, with dedicated onboarding and a named customer success manager. The page does not show a price for it. Goflow says there are no setup or implementation fees, except one-time fees for EDI, SFTP, or AS2 connections (EDI is typically $500 to $1,300 per connection) and optional custom work billed hourly. Payment is by credit card or ACH, in US dollars.
Who it fits
- Sellers on two or more marketplaces or stores who need inventory to stay in sync across all of them.
- Brands that ship from their own warehouse or a 3PL and want picking, packing, and labels in the same system as orders.
- Sellers that also supply big-box retailers through dropship, wholesale, or EDI, which Goflow lists in its integration catalog.
- Teams that want unlimited users and stores, since paid plans are priced by orders rather than seats.
Who it may not fit
- A single-store shop that only sells on one channel and does not need cross-channel inventory.
- Sellers past 500 orders a month whose budget is well under $499 a month, the lowest paid price.
- Businesses that need EDI on a tight budget, given the per-connection setup fee and the “Scale + only” note in the FAQ.
- Anyone who wants to test several channels beyond Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart before paying, since Core is limited to those five.
How to get started
- Count a typical month: seller-fulfilled orders, channel-fulfilled orders such as FBA, and wholesale orders.
- Enter those numbers in the calculator on Goflow’s pricing page to see the plan price and overage rates.
- To try it free, start on Goflow Core, which is offered from Goflow’s pricing and sign-up pages. It covers Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart, up to 500 orders a month.
- To see the full platform first, request a demo with the button below. Goflow’s demo page describes a short call about your operations, a live demo, and time for questions. Goflow says most accounts are live in a few days, onboarding is included at no extra charge, and setup is done in the interface without custom code.

FAQ
Does Goflow publish its prices?
Yes. The pricing page has a calculator that shows a monthly price for a given order volume. Paid subscriptions start at $499 a month. The calculator shows no price above 100,000 orders a month; at those volumes it says “Let’s talk” and points to sales.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Goflow Core is free, with no credit card required. It is limited to Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart, 3 users, 500 imported orders a month, 1,000 listings created in Goflow, and QuickBooks Online. It does not include the API or the App Store. After you subscribe, you cannot move back to Core.
Is there a contract?
All paid plans except Enterprise are month-to-month. Goflow says Enterprise contracts are annual, with a 12-month commitment and an option to pay monthly. Plans are billed on the 1st, and changes or cancellations need at least one business day’s notice before the next cycle.
Are there setup fees?
Goflow says there are no setup or implementation fees on any plan. The exceptions it lists are one-time setup fees for EDI, SFTP, or AS2 connections (EDI is typically $500 to $1,300 per connection) and optional custom work billed hourly.
How are Amazon FBA orders counted?
Orders the channel ships itself, such as Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, TikTok FBT, or Shopify POS, count as half an order. Goflow’s example: a plan with 10,000 included orders covers up to 20,000 channel-fulfilled orders.
What happens in a busy month?
Orders keep processing. Orders above your included volume are billed at the overage rates in the table above. Goflow also says accounts can be set to auto-upgrade ahead of peak periods, and you can move to a lower paid plan before a new billing cycle.
Which channels does it connect to?
Goflow says it has 250+ integrations. Its integrations page groups them into marketplaces, dropship, wholesale, shopping carts, shipping, fulfillment, accounting, and platforms.
