Goflow vs Linnworks: pricing, features, and which fits
In Goflow vs Linnworks, the clearest difference is pricing transparency. Goflow publishes order-based prices from $499 a month and offers a free Core plan for up to 500 orders. Linnworks prices on monthly order volume too, but only by quote, with some modules and onboarding priced separately.

Quick answer
Choose Goflow if you want to price the platform yourself before a sales call, or start free on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart. Linnworks publishes no prices; it quotes by order volume, adds paid modules such as forecasting, and recommends a one-off onboarding fee.

How do Goflow and Linnworks price their plans?
Both price by monthly orders, not revenue, but only Goflow publishes its numbers. Goflow’s pricing calculator starts at $499 a month for up to 750 orders; Linnworks’ pricing page asks you to request a quote.
Linnworks says its pricing “is tiered based on monthly orders, and overages apply if that number is exceeded,” with “no percentage fees, ever.” Its add-ons are priced separately: Linnworks Listing, Linnworks WMS, and SkuVault Enhanced Warehouse are based on order count, and Linnworks Forecasting is a flat fee. Goflow says every paid plan includes the complete platform, “all modules, all features, no add-ons,” and bills overages per order above your included volume.

What features do both platforms list?
Both cover the core multichannel jobs: orders, inventory, listings, warehouses, purchasing, shipping, and forecasting. The difference is packaging, not the feature list.
- Goflow lists order management, inventory management, fulfillment, inventory forecasting, shipping and logistics, purchasing and receiving, EDI, reports, catalog, and listings on its homepage. Its pricing FAQ includes all of them in every paid plan and marks EDI as “Scale + only.”
- Linnworks lists a rules engine for order routing, Spotlight AI for spotting repetitive work, unlimited label printing, warehouse bins, lot tracking, kits and bundles, purchase orders, warehouse transfers, stock forecasting, and bulk multichannel listings on its pricing page. Some of these sit in paid add-ons or in SkuVault Core.
Which is better for a small seller?
On published terms, Goflow is easier to test at low volume, because Core is free up to 500 orders a month. Linnworks shows no free plan or starting price, so the cost at low volume is unknown until you get a quote.
Core is limited to Amazon, eBay, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart, 3 users, and 1,000 listings created in Goflow. The full limits are on the Goflow free plan page.
Which is better for wholesale and EDI?
Goflow states EDI support and published EDI fees; Linnworks’ pricing page does not mention EDI. Goflow lists wholesale channels such as Amazon Vendor, Walmart Vendor, and Target Vendor, and charges a one-time EDI setup fee of typically $500 to $1,300 per connection.
If EDI matters to you, ask Linnworks directly; this page does not guess at it.
